ALBERT - Movement Catalyst, South India

Starting in full-time ministry in 1993, my dream was to impact India profoundly. After planting and pastoring several churches, I felt a deeper calling. I prayed and found clarity: “INDIA IS MY VISION AND THE GREAT COMMISSION IS MY MISSION.”

Meeting Josh in 2015 was a turning point. Through Ignite, his guidance shifted my ministry from addition to multiplication. Now, I train leaders and plant churches across India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, UAE, Singapore, and Indonesia - managing 50+ church networks and 500+ trainers.

My wife also caught the vision and leads a women’s movement, training thousands.

Josh keeps our vision alive and invests in us regularly. All thanks to the Lord and Ignite.

SATISH - Movement Catalyst, India

One impactful story within my network is of Dinesh, an educated man from a small village in Uttar Pradesh. At a prayer meeting, moved by the Holy Spirit, Dinesh decided to leave his job and commit to full-time ministry.

Equipped through Ignite’s training, he ventured into unreached areas, sharing the gospel and starting new expressions of the church. A relative who wanted to help and aid him in the endeavor, blessed him with a business, enabling him to sustain his family and spread the Gospel.

Dinesh’s testimony inspired many; he now oversees 70 House Churches and 30 leaders.

LENIN - Movement Catalyst, Sri Lanka

For 28 years, I’ve served as a pastor at LightHouse Church, nurturing a
congregation of 180 believers in a traditional ministry model. However, in 2017, a transformative vision from Ignite Ministry reshaped our approach entirely.

Embracing discipleship and the concept of house churches, we underwent a profound shift. Implementing this new vision wasn’t easy. We faced significant challenges and persecution from my home church and others. Despite these obstacles, we persisted, progressing step by step with Ignite’s help and guidance.

Presently, within the Reach Sri Lanka team, we’ve achieved notable milestones:

■ Established 6 regions
■ Covered 12 districts
■ Trained 6 master trainers
■ Appointed 32 area leaders
■ Guided 120 house church leaders
■ Witnessed growth of 4.8k believers
■ Conducted 3564 baptisms
